This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Application") operated by Winston Francois. The Application is for the internal use of Winston Francois only.
The Application is proprietary to Winston Francois and is provided for internal business use. No license is granted to any third party.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online in a read only capacity to support internal reporting. It will not be used to modify Intuit data or for any purpose beyond the internal operations described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit terms. This Agreement does not modify or replace any Intuit agreement.
The Application is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Winston Francois is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
